Are you open everyday?

Yes! We have dedicated beginners classes, as well as

classes for all levels.

Yes! We have classes every day of the week. Just click on Schedule to view our timetable.

Do you have classes for children?

Do you have yoga mats I can use?

Yes! We have regular classes for children and teens…check on the schedule for more details.

We ask that you bring your own mat, but we also have good quality mats that you can purchase.

Can I book classes in advance?

Can men come to class?

Yes! You can book up to a month in advance if you purchase any of our packages.

Yes! All of our classes are suitable for both men and women, and we also have dedicated men’s classes.

Do you hold workshops?

Can I eat before class?

Yes! We regularly hold weekend workshops, and host specialist guest teachers from around the globe.

We recommend that you leave 2 hours after eating before you practice, and always stay well hydrated.

Is it a hot yoga studio?

What should I wear?

Yes!  We like to heat the room to between 25 - 30 ˚C.    We also have cooler classes for those who prefer it.

Non-restrictive comfortable clothing such as shorts, leggings, or trunks, and a T-shirt, vest or sports top.

Do you have an online and in studio membership?

Can I buy a package for online classes only?

Yes!  Our monthly in studio memberships include access to our on demand and online classes.
