Benefits of Yoga

Yoga can change your physical and mental capacity quickly, while preparing the mind and body for long-term health and inner peace. Studies have found yoga to outperform aerobic exercise at improving balance, flexibility and strength. It can help manage pain levels, menopausal symptoms, energy and vitality levels, improve muscle strength and tone; respiration; maintaining a balanced metabolism; weight reduction; cardio and circulatory health and improved overall athletic performance. Mentally and emotionally, yoga and meditation will bring deep inner peace and awareness and will bring the mind back to the present moment, where it can stay happy, focused and balanced.
